PLAYS MINE WORDMine Word is a free daily word-deduction game. Guess the hidden word in ten tries — but three letters of the alphabet are live mines that blow up your row and destroy its clues. Arrow hints on every miss point along the alphabet, so each guess narrows every slot like a binary search.
A ▶ arrow means the true letter for that spot comes later in the alphabet; ◀ means earlier. A near miss is exactly one alphabet step away — C▶ pins the spot as D. Arrows squeeze each slot from both ends until only one letter fits.
Three letters that are not in the word are secretly mined. Play one and the row detonates: you lose one of your three lives and every clue in that row is destroyed. Deduce the mines from your intel and flag them before you step on one.
Yes. The daily challenge deals the same six-letter word to every player worldwide and resets at midnight UTC. Your streak is saved on your device — no account needed. Outside the daily you can play unlimited five-letter practice rounds.
