CHILLPLAYS MATCHSTICK MATH

LEVEL 1/30 LIVES:
REPAIR THE EQUATION

How to play Matchstick Math — move one match to fix the equation

The classic matchstick puzzle: the equation on the board is false, and you repair it by moving exactly one matchstick. Pick a match up and faint slots show everywhere it could land — even the plus sign's upright stick can move, turning + into −.

What counts as a wrong move?

If your move leaves the math false — or leaves a digit malformed — the stick snaps back and you lose one of your three lives. The board only judges complete, legal shapes.

How many levels are there?

Thirty, escalating: single digits first, then two-digit numbers, then puzzles that need two moves (judged only after your last stick lands), and finally both at once with exactly one fix.

Can I change the operators too?

Yes — the vertical stick of a plus sign is a movable match, so + can become − and − can become +. Operator flips are the key to many later levels.

Is there a daily Matchstick Math?

Yes. The daily challenge deals the same five-puzzle gauntlet to every player worldwide and resets at midnight UTC. Your streak is saved on your device — no account needed.

Can I play Matchstick Math offline?

Yes — fully. After your first visit the whole game is stored on your device and plays with no connection at all, airplane mode included. You can even install it from your browser menu and play it like an app. Free, no account, nothing locked behind a signal.
